Bathtub Leak 2nd Floor

With 2nd levels you to be alert for any leaks that may occur from Bathtubs, Showers or Washing Machines. Look for bubbling in paint or gypboard. That is Black Mold visible in the photo which is the worst kind of mold - very unhealthy.
