Home Inspection Excludes (not all inclusive – See Standards of Professional Practice):
Radon, Mold/Mildew, Termites, Asbestos, Lead, Water Pressure, Turning Valves On/Off


Although EYZ does not perform the aforementioned inspections, if during the course of your Home Inspection we find evidence to indicate that there is excessive moisture which can lead to mold or we find evidence of termite trails, we will note those findings in the Home Inspection Report and recommend you seek further examination and/or testing by a qualified licensed professionals in  that field.
